Compare TheBigBot to whatever else you are considering.

Five honest comparisons. Each one names what the other tool does better, and says plainly when you should not switch. Competitor pricing comes from each vendor’s own published page.

Short answer

TheBigBot publishes $197 or $497 a month plus a $499 one-time setup, with no contract. Of the five products compared here, Podium publishes no prices at all and Weave publishes only a starting figure; HubSpot and Smith.ai publish theirs in full. Every comparison below names when the other tool is the better buy.

03 · About these comparisons

How we write these.

Are these comparisons biased?
+
Of course they are — we sell one of the products. What we have tried to do instead of pretending otherwise is make every claim checkable: competitor pricing comes from each vendor’s own published page, every page names what the other tool does better, and every page says plainly when you should not switch.
Where does your competitor pricing come from?
+
Each vendor’s own pricing page, verified in August 2026, and we say so on each page. Where a vendor does not publish prices — Podium and most of Weave’s tiers — we say that rather than quoting a third-party blog figure.
Why do you disclose that you run on GoHighLevel?
+
Because it is true, and because you would find out eventually. TheBigBot runs on HighLevel’s platform infrastructure white-labelled under our own domain. What you buy from us is the build, the industry configuration and the operation — not a licence to software you then have to learn.
What does TheBigBot cost?
+
Authority Launch is $197 a month and Authority Pro is $497 a month, both with a $499 one-time setup fee and no long-term contract. AI calls, SMS, email and AI tokens are billed as usage on top at the rates published on our usage fees page.
